TRAINING
Dragon Dance training takes place on Saturdays in the fall, then for a short few weeks in December/January, the team of the year prepares a performance to be done for local organizations and events-the peak of which is usually between January and April of each year.
When Gold Summit students train in the Dragon they learn the valuable lessons of timing and balance. And perhaps most importantly, students learn fluidity and harmony with the team. Dragon Dance training is an excellent way to supplement and understand your martial arts training on a deeper level.
