WHAT IS SAN DA?
SAN DA is the Chinese term for "free technique," and means that you use the skills and techniques that you have learned in Chinese martial arts to defend yourself with.
GOLD SUMMIT SAN DA FUNDAMENTALS class develops your basic ability with conditioning, technique and partner drills. Beyond the fundamentals, SAN DA II is training for Kung fu sparring, and is a separate class for students who have trained in both Kung fu and in this class. Private lessons with the Instructor are also available.
